FitRanX is a comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging individuals’ fitness levels. This is not a system based on how long you have been at a facility or how much your trainer thinks you have improved. This is a REAL ranking system that took years to develop and perfect. FitRanX works through standardized fitness testing. There are 8 FitRanX levels with corresponding colors that represent each level. That means a level 5 in Ontario, Canada has to accomplish the same thing as a level 5 in London, England.
Research has shown that fitness goals are better achieved together! Move 360 Instructors will vary the workouts daily. The idea is to continually “shock” the body, as research demonstrates that it is the most efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular system, lose weight and build muscle. The endless variety of exercises and instructor styles insures that no two classes are the same, and that every class feels new and exciting. All our programs come with an assessment, a variety of nutrition plans, and Fit Tests to test your progression.
All the sessions at Move360 Fitness consist of 30 min to 1-hour sessions of interval cardiovascular routines and strength training; using body weight and other equipment. We focus on a different muscle group each day or sometimes a combination of different muscle groups, this allows clients to attend Monday through Friday for an ideal well-balanced workout routine.
